What you will do
- Lead the shift and allocate work to the wider team
- Support and mentor newly registered nurses
- Maintain clinical governance standards on the ward
What we need from you
- NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult)
- Band 6 or equivalent experience in a surgical setting
- Evidence of leadership or shift leadership
