Terms of application

These terms govern applications made through this site to Aurelis Care Services Ltd. They sit alongside UK employment law; nothing here removes a right you have under it.

Applying to a role on this site does not create a contract of employment. A contract is formed only when we make a written offer and you accept it in writing.

We recruit on merit and assess every application against the requirements published in the advert. We do not discriminate on grounds protected by the Equality Act 2010.

If you need an adjustment at any stage of recruitment, tell us and we will arrange it. It will not count against you.

The information in your application must be accurate and complete. If we discover something material was untrue, particularly around registration, clinical registration, or right to work, we are entitled to withdraw an offer or to end employment.

Please only apply for roles you are eligible for. You do not need to meet every requirement perfectly, and asking about one does not disqualify you.

The pay band on each advert is the band we intend to offer within. We do not use wide adverts to negotiate below the range.

Night, weekend and bank rates are published in the advert where they apply. Your written offer letter is the authoritative description of your terms.

Every role requires an enhanced DBS check and right-to-work verification before start. We arrange and pay for both.

If you are waiting on a check, tell us. We will keep your place and start date rather than ask you to reapply.

If you believe we have handled your application unfairly, write to us and we will respond within five working days and escalate it to someone not involved in the original decision.
