Four weeks is enough time to plan childcare, transport and second jobs. We publish every shift that far ahead, publish the pay for the awkward ones, and let you swap through the app with cover arranged by us.
What is includedPeople who joined on the shop floor and stayed
“I asked for a clinic list on day one and got one. I have never worked anywhere that trusted the letter of the job title this literally.”

“I came in on a Saturday with no qualifications and no idea. Three years later I lead a team of six on the same ward.”
Daniel Okafor

“They cap the caseload. That one policy is the reason I have stayed as long as I have, because I can actually do the job properly.”

The unglamorous truth
Healthcare is hard, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. What we control is the conditions: enough staff on the floor, protected breaks, a rota you can actually plan your life around, and a manager who is on the unit rather than behind a desk.
We also cap caseloads in mental health, and we publish ratios in adverts. That is deliberate, and it is the reason people stay.
