What cookies we use, and which are yours to choose

A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to store. We use three categories: strictly necessary, analytics, and marketing.

Nothing in the second or third category is loaded until you agree to it. The choice you make is stored for twelve months so we do not ask you again on every page.

Strictly necessary

These keep the site working and cannot be switched off. They remember your cookie choice and protect the forms you submit.

Consent storage — remembers that you accepted, rejected or customised, and what you chose.
Form protection — short-lived values that stop automated submissions.
Session security — a secure cookie tied to an admin session while you are signed in to /admin.

Analytics

If you agree, we count page visits so we know which roles people actually read. These counters are aggregated and do not follow you to other websites.

We do not use advertising pixels, session recording, or fingerprinting.

Marketing

If you agree, we measure how many people open a job alert email. We do not run retargeting, lookalike audiences, or share audiences with ad platforms.

Changing your mind

You can change your answer at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Changing it stops the scripts that had already loaded and applies your new choice immediately.
