The whole band, on the advert
Every advert shows the full range before you apply, including night and weekend enhancement. We do not advertise wide and negotiate narrow.
Night and weekend enhancement
Applied to every hour worked on the enhanced rate, not only weekends. Bank and overtime use the same scale.
Enhanced DBS covered by us
We pay for the check and the identity verification. There is never a fee for you to start work.
Funded training and study time
Care Certificate, NVQ Level 2 and 3, and a nursing degree if you want to move into registered nursing. You are paid while you study.
Pension and paid holidays
Workplace pension from day one, and holiday that increases with length of service rather than resetting each year.
Protected learning time
Twice weekly for clinical staff, in hours, not squeezed into the edges of a shift.
Referral bonus you can verify
If you recommend someone and they pass probation, you get a bonus. No clawbacks after they stay past three months.
Free meals and parking on site
Hospital services roles include free meals on shift and on-site parking at most sites.
