What you will do
- Hold a named caseload across a 28-bed rehabilitation ward
- Oversee night handover and set the shift plan with the senior nurse
- Escalate clinical risk to the on-call manager
- Keep records accurate and contemporaneous at the point of care
What we need from you
- NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult) with a current PIN
- Able to evidence clinical assessment and decision making
- Right to work in the UK and willingness to complete enhanced checks
