What you will do
- Assess people in crisis in their own home or in the centre
- Deliver crisis interventions and de-escalation plans
- Support transitions from inpatient to community care
What we need from you
- NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse
- Crisis or acute experience
- Willingness to join the on-call rotation
